Welcome to another summer of fun on the courts! First I would like to begin by introducing you to the Executive and Directors for the year:

All of us are excited about another season of outdoor tennis; highlighted with lessons, clinics, children’s camps, tournament(s), interclub play and pick-up tennis. We would like you to mark on your calendars that,Saturday, April 16th will be the Official Club Opening and Registration beginning at 10:00 am. Please bring your family and friends out to register at the club, play some fun tennis and eat a few hotdogs off the barbecue. Our calendar of events will be posted on our official website, www.monotennisclub.com, please check it out and plan to participate in the event or activity of your choice.

We have are having Junior Clinics again on Mondays beginning May 9th, and will also be running two summer camps, 1st and 2nd weeks in July, both Junior Programs will be taught by our Junior Pro, Cassie Greenwood.

Fred Greenwood will be teaching two adult doubles clinics, one Saturday June 18th from 1-3 pm and the other July 9th from 1-3 pm, please contact us through the website if you are interested in these programs or any of the other programs listed.

We are looking for an individual(s) to help us organize and run our MTC Golf Classic and Potluck, held September 24th, anyone interested please call me at 905-464-8108.

2011 Season Registration and Opening Social

Saturday April 16th (17th rain date), 10 am – 2 pm

Weather permitting come out and get reacquainted with your tennis friends, hit a few balls, have some hotdogs off the barbecue, and sign up for a great season of tennis.

Junior Tennis Clinics with Ashley Hooper

Six-week program runs Mondays from May 10 to June 21 (excluding May 24) 5:00-6:00 pm for 6 to 9 year olds, and 6:00-7:00 pm for 10-14 year olds, $60 per child.

Junior Tennis Summer Camps with Ashley Hooper

July 5-9, 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Ages 6 to 14, $75 per session, per child.
